THINGS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU ARE OVER DRINKING SODA
Who does not know soda? A type of drink which is known for its delicacy and sweetness. Sweet soda is very popular throughout America. Many people may know about the dangers of soda, but probably not many people know the dangerous level.
1. Soda increases the risk of diabetes
People who often drink more soda a day are much more likely to get diabetes than people who rarely drink soda. High sugar levels in soda give a lot of pressure on the pancreas. Drinking too much sweet soda means the body saves more energy in fat so that drinking too much soda can make people overweight.
2. Soda alters metabolism
Drinking soda regularly can completely alter the human body's metabolism and make it more difficult to burn fat and lose weight. Soda plays a role in the epidemic of obesity and metabolic disease because they confuse the brain and body.
3. Soda reduces minerals
Soda contains phosphoric acid which removes a lot of calcium from your bones. High phosphorus levels in the soda can lead to reduced mineral storage in the body. Phosphorus itself is a necessary mineral. You may want some phosphorus in your diet to support bone structure, create and store energy in the body, transmit genetic material, and regulate body pH levels.
4. Soda connects a person with various diseases
Soda contains artificial sweeteners or artificial sugar. Many people choose artificial sugars to lower caloric intake but artificial sugar is associated with many diseases and including cancer. Maybe sugar is not too bad. Fruits that contain sugar in their natural form tend to be very rich in nutrients, high in fiber, and low in glycemic levels. Consuming lots of concentrate sugar increases blood glucose and insulin levels, triglycerides, inflammatory mediators, oxygen radicals, diabetes risk, cardiovascular disease and other chronic diseases.
5. Soda dehydrates
Soda contains caffeine as coffee does but soda also contains sugar and sodium. Because high levels of sugar, sodium, and caffeine in soda, they will reduce body substances and in the long term can cause chronic dehydration.
6. Soda gives pain to the stomach
Caffeine is an addictive substance. In the short term, this can give an energy boost to your body, therefore you can switch to caffeine drinks to pick. However, if your body is not healthy with energy that contains high caffeine, you will feel worse than you never consume more caffeine. You will experience headaches, drowsiness, and fatigue during withdrawal. Your body will want another caffeine jolt, and you'll find yourself buying more sodas. Too much caffeine can give you trouble concentrating and sleeplessness, stomachache, irritability, anxiety, etc.
7. Soda rots your teeth.
Phosphoric acid which in the soda causes rusty metal also dissolves tooth enamel, especially when you mix soda with sugar. You even can clean your metal stuff from stain with soda.
Soda is not the best drink to be consumed regularly or excessively, but like anything else, if consumed sufficiently. You may not experience adverse health effects. However, if you drink large amounts of soda every day, you may want to reconsider your eating habits and try to replace large quantities with other health drinks.
